Nintendo Power Issue 268

The other day I bought a Nintendo Power magazine from Wal-Mart just because I could. The cover, as you can see, has the "modern" Sonic (the alternative cover has "classic" Sonic on it). On the inside, there's a 11-page feature all about Sonic the Hedgehog, along with a feature about the GameBoy Advance, LoZ: Link's Awakening. Plus, (this is my favorite part) the
4-page review on Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. It was FUN to read. Also, reading the Pulse (e-mails, etc.) section was fun. My favorite letter was:

"I know this is irrelevant because The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker hasn't been mentioned in a while, but I will belatedly defend the game's sailing sections.  I thoroughly enjoyed traveling from island to island by boat.  The experience heightened the sense of exploration, and braving my way through dark thunderstorms was awesome." -Littleredwolf

In my opinion, sailing was fun, for like the first half of the game. Then, right around the part where you get the Master Sword, it became annoying.  Although the Ballad of Gales made it a bit easier, sailing around to find to those stupid Triforce shards was just plain boring.  Maybe that's why I didn't finish the game for like, 2 months...

Hmm..no idea whats up...

Well...It's like 10:00 at night (see timestamp) and I can't sleep. Fail. Anyway, I thought I would blog, cuz I haven't done it in like 7 years. I'm exagerating, silly!!! There's a few things I should mention first:
-Listening to best Skillet album ever (Alien Youth) while blogging. Just a heads-up.
-Went to DP with my buddies Libby and Zach. Stayed in the sun all day. So I'm a bit crazy (loopy?) (still?). Oh well. Good time to blog. I can never sleep anyway.

Moving right along, I had a lot of fun at DP with my friends. We went to the waterpark first, then we went back to our car for lunch. After that we went and rode all the rollercoasters (although I think I might've had the most fun on Hang Time). Had so much fun with you guys! :)

I'm a beep, I'm a vapor; and I'm about to evaporate -Vapor, Skillet

Well, speaking of Skillet, did you know that Ben Kasica left?? Well here's some news for you: he did. Kinda sad, but we'll have to see what the new guitarist sounds like. I forget his name. Oh well. Here's another little fun fact: John Cooper (lead singer) is the only member of the bamd who was there when the band was first formed.

You're the hope of all the Earth; You are my hope, You are my stregnth; You're everything, everything I need. You Are My Hope, Skillet

By that way, while I'm thinking of it, you should listen to that song. It's really nice. Well, I'm getting tiered now, so I'm gonna sleep. Nite.

Grandpa Busters

If you're looking for funny and nonsensical entertainment, look no further! Visit the official Grandpa Busters YouTube channel now!

Okay, this needs a bit of an explanation. So I will give you one. One day, my brother Paul and I were hanging out with our friend Patrick and his sister Ally. Then Patrick had a (slightly insane) idea; lets go down into the basement in the dark. Then, of course, Paul got scared and yelled, "run away grandpa!" (which was his saying at the time). Then the idea of Grandpa Busters was born.
